Great all around robot
The bObsweep app is easy to use. The automapping feature works great, and it lets you easily adjust the room names and boundaries as well. Scheduling jobs is easy. It’s smart enough to know to only mop on hard floors and not carpet. The water tanks are huge so you rarely have to fill/empty them. The automatic emptying feature lets you set it and forget it for weeks at a time, and the dirt storage bag is massive. Overall it was an amazing by and an huge upgrade over my last robot vacuum.

Good Vacuum robot but needs some improvements
I bought this robot 2 weeks ago. It vacuumed and mopped the floor very well. I felt the floor was cleaner. However, it could not avoid the wires on the floor and the app does not work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi. I could not control remotely. However, I recommend it if you have clear room or path on the floor. It completed the cleaning process for you.

Good Mapping/ Meh Vacuum
First off... This system is HUGE! It’s like I parked a mini fridge in my living room!. It mapped the first floor in a few minutes. Only a couple minor issues but nothing major. However, the vacuum is lacking in strength. I placed Coco Puff in front of the vacuum 5 times ands it failed to pick it up. My old Dyson robot had no issues at all. The mopping is ”okay”, nothing to write home about. I caught this unit on sale for $380, and I’d endorse it at that price but at the regular $1200 or so price? Nah.

useless
only had it for about 3 months and its a headache, it just moves the dust from one place to another and now it just moves in circles and turns off I tried calling the 18885498847 number but never get help and left voice mail but still no answer. it is very disappointing and cost so much for not even 3 months worth.

Works Great. we just bought our 2nd unit. Does have the brushes fall off every once in a while. But our floors look amazing!!! Highly recommend.

This thing is awful
I tried this thing for about a week, and it constantly got lost and couldn’t find its way back to the base. In the week I owned it, I had around 40 different error codes. It also scratched all my baseboards. When it actually decided to work, it did a decent job cleaning. But even with $1,000 off, I still wouldn’t recommend this robot. I ended up buying a Roborock instead, and it’s miles better than this piece of garbage. I wish I had bought the Roborock in the first place.
