Pretty good for 2022
Shark stopped improving around 2022. They have been surpassed. Do your research carefully, as you can get better-performing mop-vacs for less money. I had a much older Shark 2-in-1, and felt locked-in because I didn’t want to have to create a new account and install another app. Please don’t get me wrong. This is a huge improvement over the older Shark 2-in-1 I had before. But other units from other manufacturers are better at cleaning corners and edges, have better batteries, more suction power, mops that work better, base stations that don’t take as long to dry the mop pads, etc. I ended up…

The best purchase golden one
I absolutely love the Shark Stratos! The biggest thing I like is how hands-free it is. It vacuums and mops, empties the debris, refills the water, and cleans and dries the mop pad automatically. That makes a huge difference compared with having to manually refill water or clean the mop after every use. The cleaning performance is really good, and the navigation and mapping have worked well for me. I also love that it can detect carpet and lift the mop so I don’t have to worry about getting the carpet wet. The floors feel noticeably cleaner after it runs. The NeverTouch base is honestly my…

Works great, love having it in our home. Always ready to coean

It’s okay
The vacuum itself is great and I use it almost daily, however the mop feature is not. Both the clean and dirty water tanks grew mold very fast, despite changing the dirty water tank just a few days after use, and the clean tank 2 weeks after initially filling. This mold issue began just 2 weeks after purchase, and despite my best efforts, the mop feature is just more trouble than it is worth. Not to mention the fact that water got trapped in the robo vacuum itself and also grew mold which was almost impossible to clean properly. I’d recommend purchasing a robo vacuum without a mop feature and…
