Second one dented, can’t return
This is the SECOND one of these that arrived DENTED. Not returnable after 14 days and we were stuck in a snow storm with too deep of snow and ice for days to leave.. Best Buy won’t help 3 days past return window even though we physically could not leave the house to make the return. TWO out of TWO dented and now we are stuck with it. And for actual review of the product, not just the service... it’s huge and not very nice looking. dated.

Huge Disappointment - Worthless Fan
I am very disappointed with this purchase. I followed the installation directions word for word and was frustrated-- the mounting brackets didn’t line up properly with the holes in the back, and the tabs on the side that you’re supposed to fold up and screw to the side of cabinets aren’t close enough to the edges to be able to do that at a 90 degree angle as instructed. The instructions seemed to be lacking and I felt there should be more screws to secure the fan - I ended up using the 4 screws from my old fan to secure this to the cabinet. After installing this, the fan didn’t work. I…
