Dissatisfied Customer
The double over was ordered and a date given for delivery. The date was pushed back once due to the delivery truck broke down and it was another week delayed in delivery. The unit was installed and the lower oven gave a display of miswired when it was wired just like the upper oven that worked great. Whirlpool was contacted and they sent a repair service to the house and after several hours and talking with Whirlpool a decision was made that the unit needed a new panel. This part had to be ordered and it took two weeks to get the part delivered. We are now waiting on the repair company to…

I really love this sleek double oven with WiFi and preheat accessibility. I can preheat the oven on my way home and put the food in once I get here. Lots of setting functions and all.

Part I - Site Survey
Didn’t realize when I purchased on-line that I would be required to modify the cabinet to allow for installation. The Best Buy subcontracting company has performed four site surveys, each with different results. After performing modifications each time to meet the sire surveys, I had to sign a contract with a cabinet maker to build and replace the cabinet estimated to be completed in early August. At that time, I’ll write another review focused on the oven itself.
