Viking French door refrigerator
This “fridge” works well—so far— but is smaller that I’m used to. It has simple features and is very nice!!!

Does not cool down completely
Very disappointed with the Viking brand. The refrigerator would not cool down below 37° even though there’s an option to go down as low as 32°. I don’t understand the point of having an option that is unattainable.

Viking refrigerator freezer door won’t close
Within first opening of the freezer door it became so out of alignment that there was a 1” gap and door would not close properly again. Now both freezer and refrigerator not working. Best part, Best Buy says it’s not their problem and points me to Viking to resolve. Last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy with that terrible customer service.

not as pictured
Be aware that the fridge does not come as pictured. You will have to buy the bottom piece that is pictured, and there is another top piece you will need to purchase to make it look like a really cheap fridge. This was a replacement of an older viking that died after 14 years, much lighter and appears to be lower quality

Viking provides great products and Best does a fantastic job with the delivery and installation.

Loud humming noise
Returned the new Viking cabinet depth refrigerator because it makes an unusual loud humming noise (like a dying car battery). It’s a beautiful refrigerator but for being a Viking model it is made substandard. If it wasn’t for that annoying noise that the motor made we would still have it in our kitchen. Viking needs to change the compressor motor to be successful.

Don’t buy it
This is not the Viking I used to know. This is a loud and poor quality fridge. The door didn’t close right. No matter how many times we tried to level it the door were uneven. The stainless trim on the inside is just silver paint not real stainless. I’d rather buy a cheaper LG or Bosh than pay double for this. Ended up going with a subzero and never looking back.

Terrible Refrigerator , it is very noisy & ice falls out all the time when you open the door to the freezer , no water spout inside the refrigerator , real bummer Aldo it has broken down
