Bad decision
Do not spend your money on this stove. Buy a better brand with customer service. I have had to pay multiple technicians to come work on the oven various times. The ignitor keeps failing and it’s expensive to replace. The oven door doesn’t close correctly, and the oven handle I always loose no matter how many times you tighten it. Just a no.

THOR
This was not a good purchase. We had had thermostat issues, dooe seal issues and cracked knobs [due to poor seal] since purchase. Will not hold accurate oven temperature.

Very unhappy!!
purchase this stove in July of 2024. since then I had to call them several times. Have problem with the oven not heating to the correct temperature, they came (found the service person to be very rude) out and said they recalculate it. call again about the light indicator that tell you when the oven reach the set temperature doesn’t work. Have call again several times and still have not gotten a service call to get someone to come out. I would not recommend!

TERRIBLE -0 ⭐️ Stars NOT worth it
Worst crap ever where can I start, the oven hot surface ignitor was broke at delivery, after calling Thor emailing for month we bough one from viking had to get it installed $300 plus installation, this times 5 times now. thats how bad this kitchen is. Well the knobs are falling off I guess for what I read now it’s part of the big issue, the stove burners are a joke either the flame is huge or not staying on got that checked twice already, when you called Thor we never got answers, now we did get a hold of someone the worked in the office she was lovely and help us as much as she could, but…

THOR! The Beast Range
This is not your generic range and I had no idea what the possibilities were until my house flooded and I had to gut the downstairs, including the kitchen. This stove, referred to by its name in my home, Thor, is a beast. He’s fancy and I feel lucky to have such a beautiful piece in my kitchen. He provides so much space to cook. The burners are powerful. The oven is so easy to use. I finally feel like I am cooking on a decent range.
