As a leading camera lens manufacturer, Tamron presents the 24mm F/2.8 Di III OSD M1:2 (Model F051) making it possible to shoot up close with a wide-angle lens. This lens is your key to the exciting universe of wide-angle photography. The wide-angle field-of-view provided by the 24mm focal length devours expansive scenery, landscapes, and urban scenes; it’s the perfect general-purpose wide-angle lens! This versatile lens suits many different shooting styles, including candid snapshots. Because it’s lightweight and compact, it’s easy to carry—and that’s a huge benefit when you must pack light or for all-day shooting adventures. The MOD (Minimum Object Distance) is only 4.7 in so you can move in close and capture one-of-a-kind shots. The F/2.8 helps you to create unique close-ups with the lens’s impressively beautiful bokeh. In addition to the F/2.8 aperture, the Model F051 is constructed using special glass materials including LD (Low Dispersion) and GM (Glass Molded Aspherical) lens elements effectively arranged to quash aberrations. The Model F051 provides outstanding optical performance across the entire frame, and delivers a sharp image, right down to the texture of the subject. With Moisture-Resistant Construction and dirt-resistant Fluorine Coating, photographers can shoot confidently outdoors. This lens opens a whole new, fascinating world of expression.

Great Little Wide-Angle Lens
Sure — here’s a short, clean Best Buy–style review: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Little Wide-Angle Lens Using this on my Sony a7III and I love it. Super light, sharp, and perfect for everyday shooting. Autofocus is quick and accurate, and the close-focus makes it more versatile than most 24mm primes. Not the fastest aperture, but f/2.8 has been plenty for indoor family photos. For the size and price, it’s a fantastic value.

Great lens for family photos. Love the clarity of it

It needs to be better.
It’s too slow. Mpf needs to be slower. The quality needs to be sharper like iphone lens.

Very nice lens for a small budget
I love the look even though it is more significant than I thought when I put on my Sony A5100. The photo came out great. It is a sharp and fast focus.

Excellent wide angle prime
For the price you can’t beat this lens for the Sony system. Lens focuses super close, not macro but extremely close. Autofocus is fast and silent, images are sharp and contrasty. It’s a no-brainer!

Worth every penny
An easy to use and versatile lens for an almost neglible price. The autofocus can be a little finicky when trying to photograph nearby objects, but is first-rate for landscape photos. A welcome addition to my Sony A7RV camera.

Great budget lens
Able to go up close to subject. Auto focus was okay. Sharpness was okay.
