Features
- Acoustically centered time alignment cabinet architecture The curved front baffle aligns all drivers on a vertical plane ensuring sound from each driver reaches your ears at the exact same instant. Maximizes phase coherence for a more convincing and immersive soundstage with pinpoint accuracy.
- Diamond-coated aluminum dome tweeter A layer of diamond carbon is applied to the aluminum dome tweeter to vastly improve rigidity and acoustic properties resulting in effortless, airy, and unveiled highs with no measurable distortion.
- Quad 5.25” glass-fiber woofers in a force-balanced array Dual opposing active woofers on the top and bottom of the cabinet render effortless low-frequency response while addressing room modes with deep, authoritative bass evenly spread throughout the listening area.
- Dual 4.5" glass-fiber composite midrange drivers Outstanding stiffness-to-mass ratio on dual driver array conveys stunning dynamics with flawless tonal accuracy.
- Separate, acoustically tuned internal chambers for the woofers and midrange drivers Optimize separation and eliminate any potential for cabinet resonances, resulting in pristine sound across the frequency spectrum.
- Uncompromising three-way crossover with premium components Seamlessly blends driver output. Subtle musical details are rendered with breathtaking clarity, while massive dynamics radiate with weight and control from the highest to lowest octaves.
- Precision-cast aluminum alloy baskets Ensure precise alignment of critical components and maximize thermal dissipation.

Tall Tower with rear firing speakers

I notice more detail (two mid drivers) and more presentation in the music. Treble is definitely enhanced with the SVS tweeters. I’m comparing to these my Quad 22L2 fronts (3 way) compared to SVS with seven drivers. After about 2 weeks of listening, my ears have adjusted somewhat to the more…

Great Entry Level Ultra Tower!
I’ve had a few weeks to break these in. Originally I bought the Prime Pinnacle Towers. They were very good as well. When I bought the Pinnacles the ”SVS - Ultra Evolution Tower” wasn’t available yet. I debated for quite some time but all my other SVS Speakers were Ultra Series so it made sense to match the front left and right Ultra Towers. These are $1500/each. A great entry level choice if your budget don’t allow for the other two Ultra Towers which costs $2000 and $2500. I’m sure those sound awesome as well if you have the budget for them but the $1500 pair is great for my 14 x 14 den. The…
