Versatile lens for photo and video
This has been a great all-around lens for both photography and video. The 24–105mm range gives me a lot of flexibility without constantly changing lenses, and the image quality is sharp throughout the range. Autofocus has been fast and reliable, and the stabilization is helpful when shooting handheld. It does have some weight to it, but the versatility makes it worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

Great lens, sharp clean video. Perfect for shooting basketball from baseline to baseline.

Good upgrade
It has a wonderful auto focus and feels worth the price. It comes with the lens hood and a carrying bag. It gives me the extra little distance I need. I’ve used it on my Sony a7iii and while I’m still learning, it took my photography to the next level. It’s a good upgrade if you’re ready to rid the stock lens - if you want something ‘bigger’ or ‘better’ this isn’t the one for you. If you love the stock lens but want a little more distance and sharper quality, this is the one for you.
