The Shark Vertex Powered Lift-Away is an ultra-powerful Shark upright, featuring DuoClean PowerFins. While the soft front roller pulls in particles, PowerFins deliver nonstop contact to pick up more in every pass (vs. original DuoClean). Worst company with a terribly product/supprot
Purchased this for a 3rd time in 2/2026 and now 8/26 already 3rd unit dead. Shark is known for faulty products ands it’s a shame everything shark branded I own is amazing! I cannot stress this enough their customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. They make you jump through so many hoops to try and get their warranty they claim to give you honored its nuts, They demand tons of confirmed trouble shooting reading, they want endless images and videos and sometimes try to make you get on a video call. They try everything to avoid warranty. This company and their product are…

Beyond what I needed
I can’t see myself using another carpet cleaner. This has great suction power and easy to use and move around my entire house. I recommend 10/10!! You won’t regret. The suction power on this cleaner will suck all your problems away. I’ve had it for 3 years now and still runs great.

Worked great while it worked
Everything was great until it wasn’t. Not sure what happened because I only owned it 4 months with minimal uses and the motor became hot and Smokey. Thankful for the warranty though.
