I actually really enjoy this device. The whole experience feels relaxing, and my skin always feels soft and refreshed afterward. I do wish the suction were stronger — I’ve seen people say it’s “too strong,” but for me it’s definitely on the lighter side. The warming and cooling gua sha feature is amazing, even though I wish the cold mode went a little colder. From what I’ve read, it’s not designed to get super cold or have intense suction, so maybe mine is normal… but part of me wonders if I should get it checked just in case. Either way, it’s still one of my favorite skincare gadgets. I just…
