Features
- Revolutionary OmniGrip Mechanical Arm – A Robotic Cleaner & Helper Experience the robotic vacuum with a five-axis mechanical arm. The OmniGrip arm moves obstacles, lifts objects, and even organizes small household items like socks and tissues. Equipped with dual cameras, LED lighting, and precision sensors, it ensures accurate object handling. The arm features a gentle-grip design and a built-in weight sensor to prevent excessive squeezing, capable of handling objects up to 300g with ease.
- Ultimate Cleaning Coverage – Intelligent Multi-Pass Cleaning Forget pre-cleaning! The Saros Z70 detects, marks, and lifts obstacles in its first pass, returning to clean previously blocked areas. With its FlexiArm Riser Side Brush and Mop, it reaches deep into corners and edges, ensuring 100% floor coverage. The AdaptiLift Chassis automatically adjusts to different surfaces, climbing thresholds up to 4cm and lifting its mop up to 22mm on carpets.
- 22,000Pa Suction – Powerful & Deep Cleaning With 22,000Pa suction power, the Saros Z70 effectively lifts dirt, dust, & debris from various floor surfaces. The FreeFlow Main Brush minimizes tangling with long hair, while the 0% Hair Tangling Side Brush* prevents wrap-around, ensuring uninterrupted cleaning.
- Multifunctional Dock 4.0 – 10-in-1 Hands-Free Maintenance The dock features 176°F hot water mop washing, 176°F hot water dock self-cleaning, automatic mop removal, auto detergent dispensing, smart re-wash & re-mop , and 131°F warm air drying to keep your vacuum and dock hygienic. Plus, the auto dust emptying function provides up to 7 weeks of hands-free cleaning.
- StarSight 3D Navigation – Smarter, Safer, More Efficient The Saros Z70 features StarSight Autonomous System 2.0, providing smart navigation & obstacle avoidance. Its VertiBeam Lateral Obstacle Avoidance technology enables the robot to accurately detect and navigate around obstacles like furniture legs, cables, & up to 108 other types of obstacles*. This ensures precise movement in complex layouts, delivering thorough and reliable cleaning coverage even in challenging environments.
- AI-Powered Customization – Define Your Cleaning Preferences Beyond its pre-programmed 108 object* recognition, the Z70 allows users to define and label up to 50 new objects* in the Roborock app for a fully personalized experience. An AI-driven recognition feature will be provided through OTA updates.
- FlexiArm Riser Technology The FlexiArm Riser Side Brush features asymmetrical spiral arms to guide debris into the suction inlet, reducing tangles. A soft rubber baffle blocks hair from wrapping around, while longer bristles extend coverage and improve hair-gathering efficiency, ensuring thorough and hassle-free cleaning. The side brush also auto-retracts after lifting to avoid furniture collisions.
- Dual Anti-Tangle System The revolutionary anti-tangle system on the Saros Z70 main and side brushes requires no constant maintenance and expertly manages long hair for pet-friendly environments.
- VertiBeam Lateral Obstacle Avoidance This innovative feature ensures a clear cleaning path by precisely measuring the distance between the robot and side obstacles, ensuring accurate edge cleaning along furniture and objects.
- Ultra-Slim Yet Powerful – 3.14” Design for Ultimate Reach Despite housing a mechanical arm, dual cameras, and high-powered suction, the Saros Z70 maintains an ultra-thin 3.14” profile. It seamlessly glides under furniture and tight spaces, ensuring no dust is left behind.
- Industry-first AdaptiLift Chassis The AdaptiLift Chassis features independently adjustable three-wheel control for versatile lifting. Adjust the front, rear, left, or right halves to conquer complex environments and ensure optimal cleaning coverage.
- Tailored Solutions for Every Task It comes with four liftable designs—Chassis, Mops & Side Brush lifted; Mops lifted; Main Brush & Side Brush lifted; or Main Brush, Side Brush & Mops lifted—and the Saros Z70 offers a maximum mop lifting height of 22mm.

Best Buy Has The Worst Customer Service Ever
I agree with the other person who left a 1 star review and I wish I would’ve listened. I do NOT recommend purchashing this item at Best Buy. Extremely rude phone customer serivice and extremely rude employees. Buying the protection plan doesn’t mean anything to them. They have gotten way too comfortable trying to bully their customers by reading general online policies that don’t apply to what you purchased. It’s so bad. They also don’t honor the protection plan contracts that you PAID FOR! Crazy! Absolutley 10/10 would NOT recommend buying this at all because if you have any issues Best Buy…

Despite the updates, the arm still proves useless
The vacuum and dock itself is by far one of the cleanest and best looking robovacs on the market. But unfortunately, even with the latest firmware updates, the robot arm is still practically useless. One year after release. It will try to pick up flip flops but sometimes drop them, will misdiagnose items. It should be able to pick up as obstacles. And is so limited in the few options of what I can lift, then it might as well not be there. The vacuum and mopping itself is decent, but for its price, there are vacuums that are roughly $500 to $800 cheaper. They’re clean just as good without the…

**DO NOT BUY FROM ROBOROCK, THEY REFUSE REPAIRS**
This robot worked great until it broke. I sent it to Roborock for repair and they refused to repair it within the warranty period. I’m out $2700. Be aware of Roborock support. Also they are very hard to get into contact with. I contacted BestBuy and no one responed to my complaint.

Worth it with the sale price
Great robot vacuum but the arm is kind of a gimmick more than anything. Otherwise it does a great job cleaning up with the mop and vacuum. Use it regularly and seems to be a great system honesty. It has errors every now and then with connection but other than that is good.

Great Mop with an interesting specialty
I picked this up on a sale for about $1300 after tax and instantly it was a hit. We had a Combo J7+ from IRobot that had died just out of warranty and figured id try a new brand. I didnt know what I was missing. The Z70 is much quieter, mops way better, and the tech is just magnitudes better than the roomba was. I was actually wondering if the irobot reviewers were using the same vacuums. With the Z70 I dont even realize its cleaning, and yet it cleans better overall. I have 2 large dogs, a muddy backyard, and all hardwood floors. Pair that with 2 kids and a mountain of friends using my place…

roborock z70
Love the Roborock Z70. Strong suction, smart navigation, and it actually cleans every room instead of wandering around. Handles pet hair and dust easily, works great on carpets and hard floors, and the app is simple to use. Makes keeping floors clean effortless. Definitely recommend.

Non-Existent (Practically) Customer Service
After thoroughly researching robot vacuums, I purchased Roborock’s top of the line Saros Z70 for it’s advanced features, including the arm (which I’ve not tried), and in particular, their ”24/7” customer service. DO NOT consider the 24/7 customer service a valid claim by RR. If you have a problem...good luck getting assistance I’ve had issues with circular streaks, and the machine not cleaning even water spots on my tile only floor. The pads were brand new, so dirty pads weren’t the issue, the water flow is also sufficient. I otherwise appreciated the mapping options, etc., but the mop simply…
