Cracked screen
I ordered this refurbished MacBook for my daughter‘s birthday. It was noted that it was an excellent condition. He gave it to her for her birthday. She opened it up, and there was a chip in the screen. She took it back to Best Buy and they wanted us to pay to replace the screen. We ended up just returning it and getting another one somewhere else..

Used Macbook Air
Other than a few almost unnoticeable dents everything looks and works great. This is totally worth the the cost and if you are fine with using equipment that is a few years old a pretty good investment.

Refurbished + Homework = BIG SAVINGS
One of the BEST buys I have ever made with Best Buy. Buying quality refurbished products can save you a lot of money if you are willing to do your homework. A 90 day warranty when purchasing refurbished products is a decent amount of time to test things out. Combined with being a Total Tech customer (highly recommend) you can assure yourself a great product and deal. Best Buy employees are the BEST!!! Thank you for continuing to support your customers.

Refurbished is the way to go
I purchased a MacBook for my niece who’s a software college and she loves it. It was exceptionally cheap cheaper than a brand new one and still works just as good. I’m very happy with the quality of the product and geek squad refurbished items.
