The QFX J-230BT Portable Cassette AM/FM/SW1-2 Radio Bluetooth Boombox with USB Recording is a retro 1980s-style rechargeable cassette player/recorder boom box with powerful, built-in dual 3-in. stereo speakers. It offers numerous direct-connect and Bluetooth wireless audio options so you can enjoy music anywhere at home or out on the go. The J-230BT harkens back to the days when we built extensive cassette tape collections. It allows you to both play those tapes or record your own custom-mix tapes to share with family and friends. You can also create an archive and preserve your cassette tape music collection by converting them to digital music library stored on your own USB drives and microSD Cards. The built-in microphone is ideal for making memo recordings. The retro boombox also features a 4-band (AM/FM/SW1-2) radio with telescoping antenna. The onboard audio controls allow you to adjust the sound to your preference. It offers AC, DC battery, or rechargeable battery operation with a swivel handle for convenient use at home or on the go.

Cool radio but stopped working after one use
Cool radio. Lots of great features. Could have been louder but still pretty loud for normal use when not around lots of other noise. Wanted to keep it but unfortunately returned it and opted for a wire JBL speaker to play the radio through my phone instead. First time I used it and the radio worked fine. Second time I used it and it only worked when it wanted to. Sad to say my radio was defected. They just don’t make them like they used to.

Great Retro Boom Box
Excellent retro boom box. Bluetooth works well as does the cassette player (Be careful with old tape’s as they tend to bind up, then you have to get the pencil out to fix it). Fun gift for you or someone else. Not as big as original boom boxes but that helps to better fit on a shelf or carrying it around.

Man, is this radio COOL!!!
This is an amazing radio / jambox. The reception is the best I’ve ever seen in a portable radio. Also - a huge deal: It DOES have an internal rechargeable battery. I did not see that in the description, but it definitely is rechargeable. It sounds good, looks great. I have not tried out the recording onto a USB flash drive feature, but that’ll be next. I like this radio so much, I think I’ll actually buy another one and just keep it in storage until I need it. I have a funny feeling they won’t make them like this much longer. And for that price?? Wow. Definitely a KEEPER!!!
