This oven works good. The only thing that concerns me is the height inside the oven. It just barely fits a 16oz beverage tumbler.

Works Perfectly
Does everything I was looking for in a microwave. Simple to use & heats food fast. Compared to the older models, the door opens & closes smoothly. I just hope it lasts longer than previous models.

A few things could be better
Nice size interior, but the oven inner shell is gray which makes it hard to see what’s inside. My previous Panasonic had a white interior which was much better. Would be nice if the control panel was backlit at least a little so that you could make out the numbers & cook selections when the kitchen lights are dim. It’s very hard to make out the button options as the panel has no raised areas so you can feel where to press & no lights to make it easy to see. We use it often at night & have to turn on kitchen lights in order to see the panel—very annoying! The exterior finish on the stainless…

Disappointed - Inoperable in less than 14 months
I purchased this microwave last April to replace a GE microwave that was 20 years old. Unfortunately this microwave began arcing this week and the inner housing is damaged less than two months after its warranty ended. It’s disappointing because I was very pleased with the microwave’s performance up to this point.

Efficient Microwave
Very nice microwave. Simple and efficient. I’m not a fan of hitting the zero every time to stop it and the buttons to hit it to take that function off are annoying.
