Upgraded Laptop
Taking an online course and my old laptop was too slow and did not have enough memory to handle all the tabs I needed to be open. After talking to a salesman, he suggested this laptop. I couldn’t he happier. This laptop does every thing I need to do. Well worth the money!!

Sleek and user friendly
Sturdy computer with a sleek look. The system responds very quickly without noting a delay.

Fastest and long last PC
Great PC. But it’s capabilities can get limited at times because of the Snapdragon Chip. Hope that will change soon.

Beware of the new surface limitations
Too restrictive on using external monitors. I will only use a microsoft dock and that also has many issues using 4K external monitors. This seems due to the AMD snapdragon chipset. External screens start flickering to a point where no longer workable. My take: 1600USD thrown away.

Beware!!! Microsoft does not stand by warranty.
Total piece of crap. The screen cracked after only a few months of use with no drop and no mishandling. Microsoft will tell you this is still your fault that their screen is defective, and will declare your warranty ”void.” I’ll never buy another Microsoft product again; Apple here I come.

Smooth, Quiet, and Easy to Use
This laptop has been great so far. It’s fast, quiet, and the battery easily lasts all day. The screen looks sharp, the keyboard and trackpad feel excellent, and it’s very lightweight. Windows on ARM has been smoother than I expected, and everything I use runs well. Overall, I’m very happy with it.
