Buying from Amazon from now on.
Bought heater for my son on 12/20/25. After only two months 2/20/26 my son tells me it’s not working. I couldn’t get a refund from Best Buy because it ended 1/15/26. They said to contact the company for a refund or repair. The company said they don’t give refunds but to describe the problem and will send parts! My son is not a technician. I believe he said that it could also be replaced if parts didn’t help. Who would want another one? I want a refund. This is a hassle compared with Amazon easy returns and refunds.

Great Little Heater!
I love that its quiet, space saving. The thermostat works well once you dial in what temp you like. A little dissapointed in the support base, bends easily, but this does not affect performance, just athstetics.

Very pleased with this item. Exactly what I expected from it. Perfect size for my bedroom and works well. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Might be a return item
I bought it last April 2025 but havent open it until November and found out it has a missing roller and not heating up much. You can only feel the heat when you place your hand 3 inches away from the unit. The small room still cold even heater is on for hours. Not sure if this issue is the heater or bestbuy send me a return item.

Good while it lasted...
Good while it lasted... which was about 18 months. Long enough to get me through 2 winters. Then it started to leak, small amount and only when warm. But it’s useless after that. I appreciated the ability to choose High, Low or Medium. Most others in this segment only offer High or Low. Got it on sale for fifty American dineros.

It does put out heat but it’s slow to warm up and doesn’t provide enough heat to warm up the small space

Lifesmart 1500 W radiator heater is good.
I like the size, and way you can regulate the temps. It works well for the room it’s in. (120 sq. ft.) I would buy it again if I needed another one.

Horrible
Only lasted 2 winters and did not work anymore……..

Not reliable
After one and half years it stopped working. It was not used heavily only few months last year and this year, and not even daily. Warranty is only for one year…
