Missing parts
I bought this as a floor model and it was missing the griddle that should have come with it. When I reached out to customer service they said essentially I was out of luck they could not help me.

Never Used Missing Essential Parts,Delayed Delive
I unfortunately haven’t even been able to install or use this cooktop yet. The item arrived missing an essential part, and it has now been two weeks of waiting for the missing pieces to arrive. I am very disappointed because the listing stated the item was in excellent condition, but it failed to include all the necessary parts required to actually function. I will update this review once I am finally able to get it installed and running, but for now, the experience has been highly frustrating.

KITCHEN ITEMS
I think we got a good product and our Best Buy associate was great in helping us.

Customer Service was not able to schedule installation, and instead made me contact Geek Squad, who then…

Best cooktop
Love love love!! So easy to clean and use. Beautiful but so functional!
-
Very good quality
Haven’t received it yet but the quality of the brass burners and the knobs seem to be much higher than the Samsung that we looked at in the store at the same price point.
-
Cooktop
Excellent cooktop, love the continuous grates. Also has a griddle plate for the middle

Love it
House had an awful electric cooktop. We put a propane tank in for pool heat and so we were able to easily add a gas cooktop. It’s a great product.

High-quality LG cooktop
This high-quality cooktop with smart features fit perfectly in place of the GE profile cooktop that was original to our home. This LG cooktop is a higher quality and just looks better in our home. The light up burner knobs is just a nice added touch in my wife loves.
