Love my LG 27 CF Refrigerator
I am enamored with my new LG side by side refrigerator. The capacity is awesome as I still have a lot of empty space. The water and ice on the door works perfectly and the Ice Balls are excellent for water jugs. Tap the glass door and you can see everything inside. Plenty of wide shelves on the door. So far it has kept all the food well refrigerated. The freezer is also spacious and keeps everything well frozen.

Incorrect order
I didn’t receive what we ordered. I ordered the black SS but that wasn’t what was received. Since I wasn’t there the person didn’t know it was incorrect. Too much trouble to switch and BB wasn’t concerned!

Disappointed
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the installation service provided by Best Buy’s contracted installers. Since the initial delivery and installation of my refrigerator, I have not had access to water or ice. The installers informed me that the hose was too short but did not provide any solution or attempt to resolve the issue. Today, they also installed my stove and microwave; however, they again refused to assist with the refrigerator issue, despite the fact that I purchased a complete LG appliance package. At this point, my refrigerator is still not fully functional,…

Great fridge just be aware of outlet cord
We love our fridge! However, it wasn’t really clear that the outlet was on the top of the fridge so we had to drill a small hole in the cabinet above so that the cord could get plugged in behind it.

Very Good refrigerator
Very good refrigerator, good size fits lots of food in both freezer and fridge. I like the 2 types of ice but it is a little slow making the ice and the water is slow coming out. My only real disappointment is the glass front, while I get being able to see inside I don’t like looking at the products on the door.
