Range hood
Beautiful design, matching my other kitchenaid appliance, easy setup and easy use:

Expensive Non Functional Wall Decor
Motor replaced 3 times within 18 months. The first repair was within the warranty period. Unfortunately each motor replaced only lasted a few usages after replacement. The last motor replacement was 6 weeks ago. Due to 3 weeks of travel, I used the venthood 5-6 times before the motor failed again. Initial installer and first Kitchenaid repair company shoved broken pieces of styrofoam between the motor and wall to reduce the noise. Aside from the repeated malfunctioning, the few times the venthood worked, it is loud, very loud.

Horrible Service from Bestbuy
Product is good, but don’t go with Best Buy installation. It sucks. They messed up my kitchen. They installed it in a crooked way, and the range hood is falling out. Also, my Total Membership worth $180 is a TOTAL WASTE. I would highly not recommend Best Buy for any of the kitchen appliances.

Powerful fan
Powerful, I use the lowest setting and gets the job done. Not super quiet. Lights are nice and adjustable

Refused fridge
Upon delivery there we two new ”gouges” in the front doors of the refrigerator that definitely were not there when we purchased it. Granted it was an ”open box” item but those dents were NOT there when we paid for the refrigerator. I would NEVER buy something that had marks like that on it!!!!!

Horribly loud noise from exhaust fan.
I had to hire an appliance technician from outside since my kitchen was being remodeled. Getting someone who even knows the installation on this is hard. After all, the exhaust fan makes horribly loud noise. What a waste of money.
