KitchenAid GAS Cooktop - great to have
I love cooking on this gas cooktop! The stainless steel finish gives it a high-end feel, and it’s surprisingly easy to wipe down after meals. After a full year of use, it’s been completely maintenance-free. It’s both beautiful and dependable.

Cooktop gas stove
Cooktop is good so far. Stainless is smooth compared to previously installed. Knobs are better away from flame & don’t get hot when on. I like it!

Poor Teamwork
My cooktop is not installed yet. It has been laying there for weeks now and I have an appointment today for someone to come out and install but the product is not even ordered. How could Best Buy do this? They keep on scheduling for installer and finally when he’s ready to come today, the product is not even available so you see all this miscommunication amongst the team work no one knows what’s happening. You cannot speak to somebody who could fix this problem because the supervisor calls and says that it’s not in his hands so I’d rather go to Lowe’s Home Depot then to Best Buy.

Awesome stovetop compared to wolfe. cafe. Love the ftont burners vs side burners on this model. Gives me more room for large pots.

Terrible service
Service sucks big time. They won’t help you even if your within the manufacturers warranty. Steer away from all those whirlpool brands including kitchen aid.

Open item: Inefficient store - warehouse transport
Product was damaged enroute from store to dispatch warehouse.

Poorly made
Looks great, but the middle burner stopped working after 2 months and we basically have a four burner range top now. Took apart the lid and cover to clean and troubleshoot and everything is just cheaply made and not functioning the way it should. Very disappointed, will not be buying any more range tops from Kitchenaid, this was a waste of money.
