Works well when it works
Have purchased this so I could have a toaster, steamer, oven and microwave in one. When it got installed it didn’t work right. Doors didn’t close all the way so it wouldn’t run. Got it replaced, but it took over a month dealing with kitchenaid. Now we have a new unit. It works great. Make sure to purchase warranty with it. You will need it.

Good Product
Product seems to be good, but not happy with delivery or fit. Product was on back order for weeks, then when we finally get the product leaves a big gab in our cabinets. Kitchen Aide states we must spend another $150.00 for a spacer kit to make it fit. I gave our sales people our dimensions and was sold a product that doesn’t fit and we are being asked to pay additional money to make it work.

Nice microwave / overpriced
I regret buying this Microwave. It was a little overkill for what I use it for. Basically I use to make popcorn and reheat items, but it’s very expensive and unneccessary.

Macro-raves for the KitchenAid Microwave!
Our first unit wasn’t working correctly. Thanks to the Geek Squad protection had a new unit in a reasonable amount of time (custom order item). We’ve had the microwave / convection oven for a few months now. It is amazing! Beyond the basic functions I find many of the advanced features very useful. The convection part of the oven cooks frozen food fantastically. Frozen egg rolls, pizza, other items come out with crispy crusts and have never tasted better. The steamer function has done a great job with fresh corn on the cob. It tends to over cook other vegetables if left for the entire cycle…
