Downdraft stove
This stove is one of only two available with downdraft feature. It works well, although it does not have rapid preheat like our previous stove had.

We are very pleased with our JennAir stove. Love the watming drawer and the downdraft is very quiet. It was a great purchase. The air fryer is an extra bonus.

Would buy something else given the choice
Replaced a 30 year old JennAir downdraft. The oven for this model takes considerably longer to heat up, and the SS body and black cooktop are difficult to keep clean looking. The price is also incredibly high. Would buy something else given the choice.

Horrible experience with Best Buy
I had an awful experience because the brand new oven does not work. It was a hassle to reschedule delivery and Im waiting for a brand new replacement! Im very disappointed in the customer service also

Dissappointing Jenn Aire slide in swap
Replacing the previous center downdraft Jenn Aire range should have been simple. the new Jenn Aire central downdraft required a certified electrician to upgrade to a 4 prong plug, but even worse the floor had to be cut to make way for the new positioning of the downdraft vent.
