Office Jet 8125 bob
Installation was poor. It will print from my iPhone but after repeated attempts including reinstallation the computer and the internet can access the printer, but I cannot print from my computer. This is not the first printer i have installed. we use it for personal printing

The scanning feature is too complex for me.
I used to just keep a flash drive in my old HP office jet and then I could scan and later sort out my scanned stuff and file. This one is harder to figure out. Still can’t do it very well.

Not the same
My HP stopped communicating with the newest drivers etc. So I opted for HP again but didn’t need a work horse model. This model is so so. The machine itself is cheaply made and HP support is horrible. I’m still considering upgrading to a more solid machine.

Still a bargain, but don’t like some new features
Having used the All-in-Ones by HP that are in this series for a considerable period of time, I can say that the materials used are getting more and more flimsy -- the tray and paper guides, as well as the pull-out for printed pages are examples. In addition, the new menu screen is hard to read and more complex to use. I’m not sure why HP thinks this is an improvement over the last model. The scanner has no audible signal to tell you the paper has been recognized, and no way can I read the little menu screen from my seat above the drawer where the printer is. We had to return it it keeps jamming. The tray jams up. It just overall not a good working printer
