Broken Components, Frigidaire won’t replace.
Really disappointed with Frigidaire’s customer service. The mesh screen filter that is meant to protect the coils from dust and pollutants, was bent or otherwise warped and doesn’t fit into the slot. When contacted, they said we don’t carry that part, sorry...nothing else. This will cause premature blockage and failure of coils, kind of shocking they don’t care. They did say I could buy their premium air filter for it which maybe is the scam? They purposely don’t fit these screens correctly, and try to upsell and ”premium” allergen filter. Either way, it’s not a solid unit. Would recommend…

Impressive performance.
3 Week review. The 14k btu unit is impressive in terms of cooling capacity. I have it in a space that is about 800sqft and it handles it without a problem. At the highest setting it is louder than I would like but it generally maintains a low to medium speed once the space is cooled down. The quiet mode is near silent while still putting out cold air, just not moving it as far/fast. I’ve seen complaints about the wifi/app not working but thats a non-issue on my end so far. I actually enjoy the app and am considering an additional smaller unit for a different space.

Easy to install & cold out the box
Very easy to install. Power is great for open area room that is connected to my kitchen. A great purchase for the summer and hope to use for seasons to come. It does seem to be a bit loud however I’ll take that ovet being hot.

So far so good. Great upgrade
I upgraded from a 2012 kenmore (made by frigidaire) 12000 btu model that was exact same measurements. So install was pretty quick and easy. This thing is nice and quiet. Runs very smooth. Cools great so far. Keeps my whole house cool. Love te smooth inverter and the energy saver on this is great.

Hot garage problems
Great ac unit withbfour different blower settings. Easily installed into my garage window right out of the box. Not many extra parts to drop and lose. Living in Southern Louisiana it cools down my very hot garage with ease.
