Factory defect
The doors were about a half an inch uneven, so it made for my handles being uneven, and also there was a wider crack at the top of the two doors then at the bottom

I love it. It was easy to install myself. love the color (black stainless steel.

Poor coordination between BB and CITI again.
I was charged for a stainless hose. It was not used but was not shown on the bill. This is the 2nd time. Citi refers me to BB and they refer me to the store which is clueless.

I really do love this frig except that you can’t keep much on the top shelf left side because it will freeze. It also is a little noisy sometimes.

Quality appliances at the best price point availab
I absolutely love this new fridge. The last one i had was over 20 yrs old and served our family well. This fridge is a descendant of that reliability and a much more improved version. I am extremely happy with my purchase. And i am a lifelong supporter of fridgidiair appliances.. they are the best!!!

Works but bring a flashlight.
I am disappointed in how poorly illuminated the Refrigerator is and that they eliminated the digital thermometer. Otherwise, it makes cute ice cubes and keeps our food cold.

Ours broke within 2 months of ownership
I hope you get a good one and don’t have my experience. I purchased this brand new from Best Buy and had the refrigerator delivered on June 10, 2024. On August 11, 2024 the refrigerator starting making a very loud fan noise like a helicopter was above our house. This went on for about 5 hours and would only stop when the door would open. The loud noise and fans finally stopped but now the freezer is no longer cold, the ice melted all over our floor, and the refrigerator side is also not as cold as before. The ”High Temp” light is on and it constantly beeps non-stop every 30 seconds. We’ve had…

Always broken
They keep sending repair people out to fix it, but they can’t fix it and won’t replace it. It’s an endless cycle and a huge hassle. We’re always worried our food will go bad. Dealing with the company is a nightmare. They have already discontinued the correct parts to fix it. But they are still selling the fridge. Seriously.
