Inconsistent Manufacturing
Purchased 2 of the same monitor at the same time and they are not the same. Apparently, one was manufactured later than the other, so that means the LED power indicators are different brightness, the firmware numbers are different even though both are ”up-to-date”. Additionally, the USB cable it comes with is way too short being only 3ft for a $400 monitor.

They lie about delivery dates
This is not a review of the Dell UltraSharp monitor but of the poor service provided by Best Buy. When I purchased, my order said that the monitor would be delivered to me Next Day. Indeed, that was the only reason I purchased the monitor from Best Buy (I had pickup options at other stores). But when they shipped with UPS, Best Buy specified ”UPS Ground” as the service -- the slowest and cheapest of the delivery options. The end result is that the monitor was delivered 2 days later than planned, and that caused some headaches for us. I called Best Buy support line a couple of times to get…
