• Game changer for my sleep!

I absolutely LOVE my BedJet! I honestly didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make until I started using it. It has completely changed the way I sleep. Being able to keep my bed at the perfect temperature throughout the night has made me so much more comfortable, and I’m sleeping better than I have in a long time. Since getting my BedJet, every night feels like a great night of sleep. I actually look forward to crawling into bed now! Definitely one of those purchases that makes you wonder why you didn’t buy it sooner. Worth every penny!

• Great for top-down cooling

I purchased the BedJet system along with the King Size Cloud Sheet. While it has significantly improved my overall sleep, there are a few design quirks and inconveniences you should know about before buying. The system itself works well. Paired with the Cloud Sheet, the air distributes across my whole body rather than just blasting at your feet like it does with normal bedding. My specific setup likely helps its performance: the unit sits under an adjustable bed frame, which allows for plenty of unobstructed airflow, and it rests directly on polished concrete, which helps keep the machine…

• Very disappointed in 15 day return policy

This review is NOT about the BedJet product itself. My issue is completely with Best Buy and the way they handled my return. I have been a Best Buy cardholder since 2005, so I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. That’s why I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Best Buy only allows a 15-day return period, and once that window passed, they refused to work with me at all. I understand that companies have policies, but after being a customer since 2005, I expected some consideration and customer service when I was only slightly outside the 15-day return…

• A Must Have

This product is a life changer if you sleep hot and wake up sweating. I held off purchasing because of the price, but then Best Buy ran a sale and so I purchased and have never regretted it. I sleep so much better these days! It is a Must Have!

• BedJet cools quick

We bought the BedJet because my fiancé sleeps hot and it was getting unbearable for the summer. Setting up the BedJet was easy, and it cools quick - it’s almost too cold. We opted not to use the Cloud Sheets and instead just stuck it under our fitted sheet. We can actually set the thermostat back up to 74* F since the BedJet does most of the heavy-lifting keeping us cool. My fiancé has been able to stay asleep rather than wake up in a sweat. We haven’t tried it during the winter yet, but we’re optimistic. It looses a star mostly for aesthetics - it’s not exactly a good looking machine and on…

• BedJet

I am pleased with the product. There are limitations to cooling based on room ambient temperature, however it does help some. Recommend if used in a room below 85°
