Touch Bar and screen size
I’ve been using this refurbished 16-inch MacBook Pro for about 7 months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The biggest reasons I chose this laptop were the large 16-inch display and the Touch Bar. The screen is bright, sharp, and gives me plenty of room for work, school, and entertainment, while the Touch Bar has been a feature I genuinely enjoy using. I was able to get it at a very reasonable price, especially considering the performance and build quality. For what I paid, I feel like I got a great value. Great product, great value
I was apprehensive at first buying a refurbished computer sight unseen. I took the chance because of the value. I glad I did. The product was as described in better condition than expected. The staff at the store were very helpful and when I asked them to open and turn the unit on before I left the store they went above and beyond and walked me through the setup and made sure everything was as it should be. Awesome experience all around

Non-working keyboard
I had to return this laptop. When going through the setup process, it became obvious that the keyboard did not work. The mouse pad worked, but anytime you had the cursor in a box that required numeric or alpha entry, nothing appeared. Not even the caps lock would light up. I specifically picked this model because it came from Best Buy so I expected it would go through some type of review process, but obviously not. Still in the market for a laptop, but I will not be buying a refurb from Best Buy at this time. Not mad, just disappointed.

Buyer Beware
I bought this for my sons Christmas gift. I had it until June when everything on the computer went black. I brought it to the Geek Squad and they told me so sorry but we only give a 90 day warranty. That needs to be expressed in bold letters upon purchase.
