refurbished ipad that works like new
super happy with my purchase. The ipad was easy to set up, arrived quickly, and functions for everything i need it to. I am mainly using it for graphic design work.

Terrible customer service
Absolutely worthless company. This ipad was damaged when i opened it. It was a gift for my mother, it didnt get opened the day it was received. I was told there is nothing Best Buy could do. Corporate said they would return it, havemt heard from them yet...
