Great price
My old MacBook still worked, memory full - decided on a replacement. Found this one on the Best Buy website. Money is tight these days so I decided this would be wonderful for the price. No complaints at all. Easy to set up and transfer information from my old MacBook. Just using it for personal use and love all the new features that my previous MacBook did not have.

Not Great
Really thought I was going to have a good experience with geek squad certified MacBook, but I had nothing but problems. I tried taking it to Best Buy, they said they couldn’t touch it, ended up in Apple Genius Bar, and had an unusable computer the entire time I had it. I ended up returning and having to buy a new one. It was a headache.

Do not buy this
This doesn’t deserve a one star Do not buy this laptop. It is a complete scam. I bought it in January. It is now April and the laptop will not connect to Wi-Fi. I took it to squad and they had no idea what to do. They told me that they would end up sending it to Apple, but it’s too old and that apple would make me pay twice the amount that I paid for absolute worst thing I’ve ever bought. I will never go to Best Buy again deleting everything now.

Customer Service was excellent very helpful I highly recommend the Modesto location. I had to return one that I bought online and they were very helpful with the situation and understanding. I’m happy with my new purchase although I didn’t get the one that I wanted due to the price I got the next best thing be sure to visit the Modesto location thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication to the products that you sell.

Perfect Piece, Perfect Price
Found this slightly older model with an Intel chip, but with a lot of memory and an additional GPU installed. We were looking for a laptop that could be dedicated strictly to mobile video production, so this was perfect piece at the perfect price.

Could be worse.
Computer runs ok, seems to be a little glitchy, and the area where the screen meets the body is deformed a bit. Wonder why it was sold that way but otherwise the thing functions for what i need it for. At least best buy didnt sell me another stolen apple product.
