Almost the perfect headset
Love everything about this headset but the mic. Not sure if it’s just on discord but when I do mic tests it sounds good, but i get complaints that my mic cuts off at times. But when it works, it’s great because sound is excellent and it’s the most comfortable headset I’ve ever used.

Great sound for gaming
Works great as a replacement for the older AW gaming headset that broke apart around the ear cup to headband link. This feels more premium and durable. Sounds great as you would expect from a high end gaming headset.

Super comfortable for all day wear!
I’ve been using this for a few weeks for work meetings at my computer more than gaming recently, and I’ve been very happy with it! It’s very comfortable to wear and the ear cushion has been a huge plus for those meetings that go on way longer than they should. One feature that I didn’t know I’d really like has been the detachable microphone. I thought it might be an inconvenience, but I actually like that I can take it off when not in use! Good gaming headset
I am a big fan of Alienware products so I was excited to try out the new Pro Wireless Gaming Headset. Unboxing was simple and everything was well packaged. It includes a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging along with the dongle for connectivity (and an alien sticker). I let the headset charge up before attempting to connect it to my Alienware laptop. If you have a different brand, you’ll need to download some software that comes standard with AW, so that saved me a step.
