bought fridge and ice maker on that date, but ice maker had to be ordered! getting whole month and half later!! suppose to get march 30th. that why poor rating

The review don’t really want
You really don’t want my opinion but here you go. The number of times I was given bad information about my purchase and delivery was ridiculous. Communication was either poor or nonexistent. Staff was pleasant although unhelpful, other than the man on the phone who told me I was free to make my purchase elsewhere. I won’t be buying from Best But again.

After a five month wait delivered wrong model ice maker.

You Have To Have A Water Outlet
This item doesn’t mean nothing if there is not water outlet in your home to connect to a fridge! Hiring a plumber would be very expensive along with labor to install this ice maker! It’s not worth it! Just use ice trays!
