Personally I am a big fan of this washer and dryer set! The black pulls things together well and makes the laundry room more aesthetic to help me want to do laundry more. I never have an issue with my clothes get fully clean or dry within one cycle and the detachable aggitator is a big plus when washing delicates! I would 100% repurchase this item again!

Whirlpool Washer
I enjoy having the removable agitator on this dishwasher pretty simple to use. The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to pause and restart easily or change settings in the middle of process.

I thought the idea of a removable agitator to be Awsome. Turns out the washer really didn’t live up to my expectations. The clothes didn’t really come out clean, and it took forever to do a simple wash.

Ridiculous!!! stopped working after one year
Do not buy!! And do not buy Best Buy geek protection extra warranty!! Stopped working after one year and we had bought the five-year warranty and paid almost $200 extra for the warranty. It has been 15 days for our family without a washing machine after this machine stopped working. The geek squad person will be coming out for the third time in another week and try to fix it yet again, but it is never being fixed. It is so ridiculous! The manager of the geek squad just called and said there’s nothing they can do about it, except keep coming out and attempting to fix it. They said after one…

Gear box making a noise and it’s brand new
I had a whirlpool washer for 18 years. It quit working so I got this model after endless hours of research on a good washer. I loved it. I would watch it do its thing everytime. On the third time, it started making a clicking or creaking sound during the wash/agitate cycle. The repairman said it’s the gearbox and needs to be replaced. Not happy about this. It was literally used twice before this happened and I don’t over load it. I’m very meticulous about everything. Obviously made a wrong choice with this one.

I did not like this washer at all! The tub part doesn’t spin enough to move any of the clothes around to wash them. I returned it within 2 weeks !
