New and easy operation
Some new things to learn, but a very efficient machine and handles a good-sized load of laundry.

Washer works great, good customer service when i was in the store.

Good washer
Great washer. Was just too small for my family. So I decided to upgrade. No issues with it tho.

Cool features but trash reliability
This machine seemed to work just ok when it does work. But I bought it 7/23 and it wasn’t delivered until almost 2 months later because Whirlpool was making it brand new. Within the first year it started leaking somewhere which was covered by the warranty but the service man couldn’t figure out where it was leaking from so he had to come out multiple times and said he replaced everything inside the box of it. So then it worked again of course until 3 months later after my TotalTech 2 year warranty expired. Now it has stopped draining, stopped spinning, the lid is locked. Error codes are F9E1…

Not bad
I would possibly give it five stars, but I didn’t have much time with it.The only reason it got sent back was because I really needed the sync part of it where the water you can turn it on.And off and that washer did not have it but best buy allowed us to use it till our new washer came. And it was very nice.It was big, but it was short. So you could reach the bottom

Love it
I noticed a lot of mixed reviews on this Whirlpool Smart Top Load Washer, so I wanted to share my own experience because it’s been great for my household. The capacity is huge! It’s t easily fits blankets, comforters, and big loads, which has cut down my laundry time a lot. I really like that it has the 2-in-1 removable agitator, giving me the flexibility to wash delicates without it or use the agitator for deep cleaning when needed. My clothes come out clean and fresh every wash. I’ve seen some people mention noise or balance issues, but making sure it was leveled properly helped it run…
