Versatile washer that does the job fast and well
Easy to use, large-capacity washer. There are plenty of options to customize wash times, water temperatures and spin cycles. My spouse really likes the quick cycle options for fabrics that aren’t heavily soiled.

Good purchase
We bought the washer and the dryer about three weeks ago and so far it’s running very well. We haven’t had a chance to use all of the features but we will soon. I’m sure. The only thing I’m not crazy about are the digital buttons I actually prefer a dial stay easier to read.

Great washing machine!
I’ve had the washing machine for a month and I love it. It’s very easy to use and it has a lot of options. This is the first front loader that I’ve ever owned and I was a little worried but it’s great, with the door opening in the front it’s very easy to load.

Do not buy!
Very first wash, did not work. Does not fill for the rinse cycle. Two Geek repairmen said there was nothing wrong. Did a load after each one left and still not working. Was given the runaround when called for third repair. I am now calling Whirlpool for the repair.

Terrible. Never asked whether propane or natural gas and had to pay 190 extra

Poor choice
This washer is way too unreliable. Had it a week. Left a penny and dime in the pocket and it made the thing rock like a bowling ball was in it. Than it wouldn’t reset. I retired it and bought a great top loader that wasn’t so tech dependent.
