Yearly occurrence for same problematic issue
Purchased this in July 2024, manufacture date of March 2024. Replaced a microwave that was about 10 years old. In June 2025, it started making weird whirring and popping noises, until it resulted in a loud bang, followed by electrical burning smell, and the microwave stopped heating. Was thankfully still under 1 year manufacturer warranty. They replaced the transformer and magnetron (or so I was informed) and the microwave was working fine again. Now, one year later in July 2026, SAME EXACT THING is happening. Microwave was making the same noises and then a loud bang and it stopped generating…

Flimsy update
Replaced this with an older model of the same unit. It is not the same build quality as the old one. Everything seems to be more flimsy.

keypad characters are too small. Should be larger easier to see or even backlit. Fingerprints and smudges are easily visible.

Great Value And The Installation Was Super Easy!
Great product to replace our old microwave. The installation was well worth the price. These guys were pros, removed and hauled away the old one, installed this new one all under 10 minutes! That even included a walk through of the functions. Very happy customer!
