It Works!!
This thing really works well, and I love it! I am a bigger guy, and I hate sweating profusely. Being drenched with sweat makes me feel gross, and it’s embarrassing. This thing is a lifesaver. Thank You!

Helps combat East Texas humidity!
I love this gadget, it definitely delivers on cooling you off. The charge on it lasts me about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on if I run it on high speeds or not. The app is simple and informative. It does provide heat as well but I have not used it, as I am hot natured. Very sleek design and comes with a nice sturdy carrying case for protection when not in use. Will purchase again and feel it would make a great gift.

No customer support, stops working
I bought this just a little over a year ago. It worked great at first. It’s a bit heavy but it did its job of cooling. Every few months I would charge it just to make sure the battery wouldn’t go bad but I didn’t try to use it. Now the battery still holds a charge but it will not turn on. An E23 code keeps coming up. After googling the issue it must be a common problem because their website said to email them and they would contact me about how to fix it. It’s been over a week, I’ve emailed them several times and still no response. I even sent a picture of my receipt to prove I haven’t owned…

Had to retun it
I give this 4 stars even though i returned it. I work in a warehouse and unfortunately it didn’t work in that high of heat but i think it would’ve worked in a normal situation. The cost even on sale was extremely high and there are way less expensive devices so i wouldn’t recommend it for that reason but it was high quality made.

Not worth the weight or the money
I wanted this to work. I wanted to feel the steep price was justified. I live where it is HOT, hot enough that I skip hiking during the day for much of the year. Simpler neck coolers, with fans only, are worth something but not enough to make those hikes bearable, so I tried this. First, let’s establish that it DOES work, sort of. The cooling function really does cool. But the practical impact is minimal, not even noticeably better than a fan alone. Given that the device is heavier than simpler options, less comfortable than they, and far more expensive, it needed to be a noticeable…
