AMAZING PROJECTOR!
I have had the projector for over two months and it is yet to disappoint me! the picture clarity and colors are UNREAL! Sony is Sony... I do think becuase they make most of the cameras used in television production, they know how to get reproduction right.

Sony Media Room Projector
The 5000ES may be the perfect projector for an in-home media room. The install, by Best Buy, was seamless and every feature worked correctly the first time. The picture is simply amazing even on an older screen. The Black Friday sale made this s no brainer over the Epson 1100 but in retrospect, I would have paid full price for the Sony.

Great Laser 4K Projector for the price!
Coming from an older ceiling mounted projector, I didn’t want to change much in terms of setup. This Sony laser projector fit the bill with existing mount and quick swap of older 3LCD 1080P projector. Difference is definitely the upgrade needed.

Movie projector
The movie quality pitcher from 21 feet is great. This is all you need very high definition. Pictures clearer than Clear.

Incredible Clarity
I replaced a 7yr old Sony 1080P projector which still had a great picture. I’m blown away at how much better 4K looks on 135 inch screen. It’s fun to rewatch older titles now in 4K and in HDR. I had to replace my HDMI cable with an upgraded cable but, otherwise, it was a direct replacement with the older model. If I had anything to nitpick on, it can seem a little dim at times during dark scenes but the contrast in the brighter scenes really makes up for it.

Better then going to the movies
Great projector, larger then i expected, but great bright picture, even when a fully lite room

Lazer wasn’t working
We bought this in July and finally getting installed in September. Turns out the lazer is not working. I tried plugging in several spots in the house with same results. Will try to return.

Great for movies, Good for 60hz gaming.
Awesome projector. Covers my 160 inch screen with no problems. Movies look great in a dark room, I wish it was just a bit brighter but does the job. Play my nintendo switch games on family nights and looks great, but no 120 hz for sony or xbox 4k gaming.

The best projector ever
I have used projectors for years now I have had some pretty lame projectors but the last one I bought last year is the best one ever. Super bright lazier projector and right out of the box amazing picture. My last projector was a bulb and it was amazing when the bulb was new but it faded over time it was a long time I was going to buy my third bulb and I thought no more $800 bulbs the stars must have been aligned because there was a sale 1k off even my wife approved of the purchase That in itself is amazing it has been over a year now and it’s still amazing and I still haven’t touched the…
