Good microwave, but...
I love the microwave, but the first one I had (open box) only made it about six months. I put my refund for the original open box unit towards the purchase of my new unit and it has been great so far. Let’s hope it lasts.

I love my new Sharp microwave. I do a lot of reheating food and this does a wonderful job. The 1100 Watts is strong enough to do everything well. I have only cooked potatoes so far and this microwave is much faster than my old one. It’s a little louder than I thought it would be but no big deal. The child lock feature is great if you need it, but I do not. It was extremely easy to disable, and it stays disabled unless you change it. When I was researching microwaves before purchasing, the child lock was a real problem with many of them. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and so glad…
