Great oven. Inside the oven is larger without exposed heating elements. Makes putting baking dishes in easier.

Overheated first time using cleaning cycle!
Oven blew out first time using the cleaning cycle! Headed the warnings from the delivery guys and went with the shortest cleaning cycle. It ran for 2 hours and then blew out without tripping the breaker. Best Buy delivery guys warned me this oven is notorious for blowing the fuse or frying the control panel when running the cleaning cycle. Samsung knows this is an issue, yet they continue to sell this oven. Don’t buy it. It will break.

Timer and Pre-Heat Buzzer Sound Doesn’t Work
Bought this model because the black stainless steel matched my refrigerator. First time I cooked in it, it worked great. Then the sound of the timer and the pre-heated sound was very low. Samsung is being very difficult to work with and keeps giving new tickets numbers for service, but then won’t call me back to tell me their tech departments’ results. Most every appliance and electronics in my home is Samsung, but the wall oven most likely will be the last Samsung we buy.
