MayTag Disappointment
Was very disappointed in MayTag, I’ve always had MayTag products, & they were great. This washer only lasted for approx 15mos, & was used about 6-8 times wkly.
-
Big Problem
Absolutely disappointing right from the beginning and factory authorized service didn’t fix the problems after less then 10 days of use and major parts replacement. Our old Maytag’s lasted 40 years

Washer machine moving around the room in everyload
It is has been a nigthmare for me and my mother. I had a previous Maytag for years and worked great. The actual one I needed to replaced because it was moving around the room everytime make a wash. Then , I got this one on the 6 and we are in the same situation the machine move all around. We are elder people and I am scare even to call customer services because before it was a night mare to be replace. I dont understand. What happenned.

GREAT MACHINE
IT IS TERRIFIC, BETTER THAN MY BOSCH SET. HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS WASHER!!!
-
Tub material THIN=damage; time left misleading
Does what a washer is suppose to do but the tub is not made of strong material. Something left in pocket (like small pocket knife) completely made nicks/tears in the metal that ended up snagging ALL the clothes in wash. Found this after a few washes. We had to “sand” down the nicks. Took a few attempts to smooth tub Also the digital “time” on screen does not equal time left on wash cycle. It is frustrating to see 0:02 and the cycle doesn’t finish for another 10 minutes

Great!!
Great machine. It has lived up to the reviews I read before I bought it. It works very well and has the perfect amount of features for me. Make sure the outside dryer vent is clean because ours was full of lint and it affected the drying time until we realized the problem and cleaned it out.
-
Easy upgrade
Solid working machine. Easy to figure out the controls. Works much better than the previous machine we had. Height without the pedestal is perfect for the little kids to learn.

Great sturdy machine 3rd set due to moving
Great machines. I’ve bought them for every house I’ve moved too and even the new homeowner would want them so I’d sell as part of the transaction and buy a new set. Probably been using this model series since 2010 side by side style. LOVE physical buttons... Very nice.
