New Stove
It was damaged when received, but having a professional stove for last 25 years makes this one look cheap. Bestbuy was wonderful and I upgraded to the professional model again

Don’t buy KitchenAid. cracks, cheap material
Do not buy KitchenAid gas range. It cracks, cheap material. I am going to return mine. Didnt expect that cheap material for $4k gas range. Crap!!! Dont waste your money and time.

Poor quality made
I have only had this oven for two years. And the amount of trouble and nuance this oven have gave me is many. Both my iron steel grates have cracked within 6 months of purchasing the oven. The oven occasionally rusts on the outside and inside of oven. The inside of the oven is very tiny so make sure to take measurements. Inside the oven on the bottom the cover never stays put and always moves around. On top of all this I dropped one drop of warm water on the inside of the glass while I was cooking , and the oven was on and caused the glass to crack. Customer service did nothing for me to fix…

It looks good but that’s about it. The burners spread past even our largest pans meaning the outside is blaring hot while the inside of even a pot of water is cold.

Solid commercial-style range
Electric starter on the cooktop wasn’t working so this item is being exchanged for another one. Aside from that, this is a solid commercial-style oven/range that meets our expectations. Juan and Miguel are excellent installers, and our fabulous sales person, Romeo, is working with us to get a replacement quickly.
