Horrible delivery service
A horrible third-party delivery service. Don’t expect to receive your appliance on time. It’ll either be damaged or appointment will be rescheduled because something happened. You might as well just go to Lowe’s. They have a better warranty for five years 199. There is no deductible. The appliance was delivered three times damaged. I had to reschedule the delivery and take out of work to be there between that long open window delivery.

A long over due UPGRADE to a great model
We replaced an old stackable that had run out of juice for this GE stackable. After it was delivered and installed, we loaded it and pushed the buttons. It is NOTHING like the previous generation stackable. We were concerned when it did nothing. Then the tub started moving a little at a time. Then came the jet take off sound. We worried a bit more before it went into full wash / agitate mode. To say it is quite is an understatement. We haven’t even mentioned how nice the clothes came out. Then there is the dryer. Delivered damaged
Purchased while on sale when it was delivered it was broken. The delivery guys said seeing issues with this brand and model number.

Washing machine, how they don’t make them to last!
This machine has been a nightmare. Since the 2021 purchase. I have put a water pump on this machine every year at a price of 150.00 per pump. After the initial 300.00 water pump and how easy it was I now do the pump myself.

We have had this unit for a year, and it has been nothing but issues. First, we noticed none of the washer cycles worked, so we called for service under the warrantee. We were told we could only use bulk cycle, and that’s how the machine was to work. All the other cycles, small, eco, drain, they were invalid. Next, all year, no matter what we try, the dryer eats our clothes. Anything with a cord or weak edge is grabbed by the vent in the back and snapped. Now, we noticed lint and debris are being trapped and collected behind the heat vent where it’s not intended to be or can escape. The dryer…
