Do not buy! 3 weeks old and I’m not keeping it
We bought the Frigidaire Professional Single Door Refrigerator and Freezer (19 cu. ft. each) to match our custom cabinetry, after owning the previous Frigidaire Professional model for over six years. That older model had constant issues and eventually became unrepairable, but since it was discontinued, we bought the new set — a $7,000+ purchase. Big mistake. Within days of delivery, both units began having temperature failures, constant high-temperature beeping alarms, ice buildup in the freezer, ice forming in the refrigerator, and all of our food spoiled. A lot of $ for a mid-grade fridge
I purchased this to replace an identical one, about 12 years old, which failed. If you want a counter-depth freezerless fridge, it’s just this one (at about $3500) or the sub-zero. No other options. It’s ridiculously pricey for what you get - a fairly standard fridge which won’t last long - but it’s the only game in town. The interior is a minor downgrade from the older version, but it does have in-fridge cold water.

Do no buy this product, or frigidaire.
Similar issues to person above. Have had to have repairmen come out now 3 times for the same issue. Top it off with Frigidaires customer service being unorganized and very poor. Look at other brands.

Warning! Look for something else.... unreliable
I’m not alone on this cause the tech that came to see what was wrong told me this brand and model are known to always have issues. I spent almost $3000 about 4 years ago and i have more than 1 issue. First, the gasket which isn’t covered even with the warranty. Now, out of the 3 year warranty and it seems to have a freon leak. Very common for these units to simply die after the 3 year warranty. It cost about $2300 to fix by putting in new coils and stuff but the repair man told me many people do it even though it’s almost the same to just buy a new one. I wish there were other brands this…

I ordered 3 of these. One was dented in the outside, and 2 had scuffs in the inside.
