So Far So Good!
New fridge is roomier and more efficient than the unit roughly the same size it is replacing. Ice maker and water dispenser work well, and there is a separate air filter to keep odors from accumulating. Very pleased with the purchase.

Water line broke first time Turing on
Hooked up my water and it sprayed all over. Apparently the water line snapped off. I have a warrant through both Best Buy and Frigidaire. They just sent me back and forth to each other with no resolution. I was talked into buying the extended warranty $100 and can’t even use it…..

Scratched Up Bin—Again
This was my 4th delivery attempt, 3rd for the same unit. The last one came with scratched up bins and doors. This time it’s only the bin. BB said they’d exchange it out, which is what I hope will happen. I don’t want a 5th delivery and to go through ever again. My next door neighbor bought the same one at Lowe’s and not one bin is scratched. Perfect condition. Otherwise, this one is better than the used one BB tried to pawn off on me last delivery.

Do not buy this model
Noisy icemaker woke the baby sounding like breaking and entering. Plastic shelves on door paper thin. Very unreliable. Returned the refrigerator after a week.

Delivered scratched, ruined alignment of front doo
The refrigerator came with multiple scratches. I was told I would get a new one or at least doors. From that point on it was a nightmare of messages to and from customer service. Everytime I called back it was never the same person, noone knew what was happening . Actually a year later I got a call saying the new fridge was in and had been there a long time lol. I had asked for doors only so they don’t have to take my front door off and they said they can’t do that. They actually ruined the alignment of my front door the first time and it was never repaired so the seam hAd gaps in it. It was…
