Defective - Leaked The First Time I Used It
The first time I used this electric kettle, it leaked water all over my kitchen countertop and floor. It’s clearly defective but Best Buy wouldn’t help with the return because I passed the return date, which was only 14 days after it was delivered. Really, 14 days? I’m VERY disappointed that Best Buy is selling defective equipment and then making it difficult for me to get it refunded and replaced. I won’t be buying appliances from Best Buy again.

I have had this kettle 11 months and it is leaking from the bottom. I’m not sure what to do with it as it is no longer an available product...

Great water heater for tea
It’s excellent to be able to heat water at different temperatures and help me know which temps for which teas. It’s not simple to use, but definitely not too difficult.

Excellent for daily use for any drink that needs hot water. The kettle is sturdy and completely stainless steel on the parts that contact water. You can select the exact temperature for the coffee or tea you are brewing. The kettle will hold the temperature of you will be making a few cups.

Stainless Electric Kettle
I use this at least once, sometimes twice each day. It heats the water very quickly to a boiling point (usually less than 2 minutes). Very reliable!
