contixo F33 nice midsized drone
Nice drone . Handles the wind fairly well up to about 12 to 15 MPH.. My first drone caught a gust of wind and disappeared. This unit is much easer to control. I will say when its fighting the wind it does use a lot of power to stay hovering and remain stable. Too bad it only comes with one battery. I have ordered a second battery.

LARGE SCREEN on controller
Good to learn. I liked the features on the controller. You can put in auto pilot basically; there is a return to home button and an automatic fly button. It says it can fly over 3 miles. Takes good pictures and video.

Not friendly app
Do not buy and app does not exist. I was not able to get my video and it overheat in the Southern California weather.

Drone
It was defective; it wouldn’t transfer videos to the phone due to software issues, so I had to return it.

Great Drone for Beginners and Hobbyists
The Contixo F33 Vortex exceeded my expectations. Setup was straightforward, and the GPS features made flying feel stable and confidence-inspiring. The 2-axis gimbal helps produce smooth video, and the 4K camera captures clear footage in good lighting. I especially appreciate the long battery life, which gives plenty of time to enjoy each flight without constantly recharging. The included 5.5-inch HD screen on the controller is a great bonus since you don’t have to rely on your phone while flying. The brushless motors are quiet and powerful, and the drone responds well to controls, even at…

Stay far away.
I purchased this product on 10 July and flew it for 3 days. Noticed the drone drift and poor response to the remote so I wouldn’t test it up too high or out too far. Picture was awful, zoom was worse. I questioned the camera being 4k or not connected properly as kept losing connection to the remote. on 18 July I did an exchange as it was clear to me it suffered from a manufacturer defect and I didn’t want to press my luck. The new drone camera was much better, but connection was spotty until it didn’t connect at all. The problem was that it was in the sky when it lost connection. the drone…

Its a fun drone for the price point
I was a bit worried when I bought this because: A: The online reviews were pretty harsh, and 2: I have never flown a drone before. It flies great. If I can handle it, anyone can. The features work well for what it is. Camera is very clear and very stable. Only complaint would be that it is a wide angle lens so things look farther than they are - a problem when flying in FPV. The other features - object avoidance, return home, GPS lock - all work well and happily kept me from flying my new toy into the ocean on day 1. Just remember that a license IS required. (its like $5 for the license)
