Great but Lacking Features
Great product overall but would be better if it had an air fry mode especially at this price point. The oven does take a while to heat up and cool down. Microwave works great but there’s a a lot of steps to get through the time and heat setting. Most times just use the add 30s button.

Review
Product was great, the only issue is it came damaged. However, Best Buy was quick to resolve the damaged portion with an appropriate repair. The repair team was a bit difficult to work with in getting the repair scheduled, but we were finally able to work it out.

GE Profile
I love the set of Microwave and oven. I already baked twice since I bought and am happy with it. The only negative thing is the microwave did not come with a plate and we are unable to find anywhere. So I am not happy with that part.

Perfect Range
The range is the perfect addition to my remodeled kitchen. It is easy to use and the space inside is great. I will get a lot of use from this range.

Help with Venting!
This unit vents into the kitchen causing a lot of heat inside. I have asked if there was outside venting, and they said ”it is not required”. That was a nothing answer. I still do not know how to get the heat out of the kkkkkitched, and vent it properlllly.

BAD experience ever
this is the worst moment with Best Buy . they dont delivery. they delay 4 months my products. and no one have responsibility for anything in this company, bad choice to buy in best buy .for sure.

Cafe 30” built in electric convection wall oven
Replaced a 20 year old GE profile. This combination microwave and oven is great. Easy to use and lots of options on how to cook food with very good instructions

Microwave fan noise
Microwave fan is noisy, I don’t like the round dial.

Cafe oven and microwave
So far, everything has been fine. I’m enjoying using this product and glad I bought a better oven and microwave. The computer dials are easy to use. Both units are quite spacious. The oven shelves are sturdy and well anchored.

Arrived Broken
The product arrived broken. The oven didn’t work. The rating is more related to the service. Install tech called the night it was installed to order a replacement, apparently Best Buy is contracting support out of Vietnam and they don’t seem to want to help. They never placed the order, had to in store and have them do it, then waited another month for the item.
