A powerhouse device - exceeded expectations
I am very pleased with my purchase. The iPad was in near perfect condition with only a very light feather scratch in the upper right hand corner which has no impact to the across viewing of the screen. I was very pleasantly surprised to run a diagnostic on the battery and finding out it was a brand new one with just two charge cycles. I was not expecting their Geek Squad refurbishment to include a new (aftermarket) battery so that exceeded my expectations. The actual Air 5 is an incredible device. It is lightening fast. Geek Squad Refurbished a disappointment
While the iPad seemed like a good deal - cosmetically in perfect shape, I am really disappointed with this purchase. I have purchased Geek Squad Refurbished products before with no issue, but the battery life on this iPad makes it basically unusable. It depletes with basic use - some streaming, some surfing and some basic word processing within hours. Not sure I will be buying Geek Aquad Refurbished again.

Good Ipad with minimal wear
I honestly couldn’t be happier with this refurbished iPad Air. While it arrived with a few light scratches on the frame and a small mark on the screen, they are barely noticeable once the display is powered on and don’t affect the touch response at all. There’s also something that looks like water damage in the top right corner but it purely cosmetic (I think, lol). Overall good and I would buy again. :)

Great iPad for the money
Great ipad for the money! Highly recommend this ipad. My biggest concern was the need to plug it into a external monitor and extend the display to be able to work on 2 screens and it does the job.
